Mouse in a
croissant
in a
bustling bakery in the heart of Paris, there lived a mischievous little mouse
named Marcel. Marcel loved nothing more than sneaking around the bakery,
nibbling on crumbs and causing all sorts of trouble.
One day, as
he was scurrying along the counter, he spotted a delicious-looking croissant.
Without thinking, he leaped into the air and landed right in the middle of the
flaky pastry.
But to his
surprise, he found himself stuck! The croissant was fresh out of the oven and
still warm and gooey on the inside. Marcel wriggled and squirmed but he
couldn’t free himself.
The baker,
who had been watching from across the room, couldn’t help but laugh at the
sight of the little mouse stuck in the croissant. He walked over and gently
lifted Marcel out of the pastry.
“Mon petit
ami,” he said with a chuckle. “You must be more careful when jumping into
pastries.”
Marcel hung
his head in embarrassment but couldn’t help feeling grateful to the kind baker
for rescuing him. From that day on, he made sure to be more careful when
sneaking around the bakery.
And as for the croissant? Well, it became known as the “Mouse Croissant” and was a hit with customers who loved its unique shape and funny story.
As the days
passed, Marcel couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed about his mishap
with the croissant. But to his surprise, he found that the other animals in the
bakery thought it was hilarious.
Every time
he walked by, they would giggle and whisper, “There goes Marcel, the mouse who
got stuck in a croissant!”
At first,
Marcel was annoyed by all the attention. But then he started to see the funny
side of things. He began to play along, pretending to get stuck in other
pastries and making everyone laugh.
Soon,
Marcel became known as the funniest mouse in the bakery. He would put on little
shows for the other animals, making them laugh and forget their troubles for a
little while.
And as for
the baker? Well, he was happy to see everyone having such a good time. He even
started making special “Mouse Croissants” just for Marcel and his friends.
In the end,
Marcel learned that sometimes it’s okay to laugh at yourself and not take
things too seriously. And he lived happily ever after in his little bakery
home.
As time
went on, Marcel continued to entertain the other animals in the bakery with his
funny antics. He became quite the little performer, always coming up with new
jokes and skits to make everyone laugh.
One day, a
group of mice from a neighboring bakery came to visit. They had heard about
Marcel and his famous “Mouse Croissant” incident and wanted to see him in
action.
Marcel was
thrilled to have an audience and put on the performance of his life. He
pretended to get stuck in a baguette, a tart, and even a wedding cake! The
visiting mice were in stitches, laughing so hard they could barely breathe.
After the
show, they all gathered around Marcel, congratulating him on his hilarious
performance. “You are truly the funniest mouse we have ever seen,” they said.
Marcel felt
proud and happy. He had never imagined that getting stuck in a croissant could
lead to so much joy and laughter.
And so,
Marcel continued to live his life in the bakery, always finding new ways to
make his friends laugh and smile. And whenever anyone asked him how he came up
with such funny ideas, he would simply wink and say, “It all started with a
croissant.”
Years
passed and Marcel grew old, but he never lost his sense of humor. He continued
to make the other animals in the bakery laugh with his silly jokes and pranks.
One day, as
he was sitting in his little mouse house, he heard a commotion outside. He
peeked out the window and saw a group of young mice gathered around, listening
to an old mouse telling a story.
Curious,
Marcel crept closer and listened. To his surprise, the old mouse was telling
the story of how Marcel had once gotten stuck in a croissant!
Marcel
smiled to himself as he listened to the young mice laughing and gasping at the
tale. He realized that his silly little mishap had become a legend in the
bakery.
And so,
Marcel lived out the rest of his days surrounded by laughter and joy. He knew
that even after he was gone, his legacy would live on in the stories that were
told about him.
The end.
